The general objective of the project is to improve the level of knowledge/ skills/ aptitudes for employees in the Centru Development Region of Romania, in order to increase their employability and adaptability to the dynamics of potentially competitive economic sectors identified by SNC and in conjunction with areas of smart specialization according to SNCDI.
